Magnetic flow switch can output on or off signal according to the flow,it is an important component of the fluid flow control system.When the flow in the pipe is lager than start-up volume,magnetic valve core is forced by the flow pressure to move forward then trigger the reed switch which sealed in the switch body .When the flow decrease  to a s volume smaller than start-up volume,magnetic valve core is forced back to the original place by the force of spring, and the reed switch comes back.

Installation of flow switches

W4-P magnetic flow switch Connection pipe through the G1/2 outer thread, while

installation please make sure that fluid flow the same direction with the arrow logo shows on the shell . The two leads of magnetic flow switch connected to the application circuit,The application circuit connected or disconnect rely on the reed contacts point whether it is closed or open.

Notes 

While that have capacitors, hot bulb, long cable lines, a capacitive load ,if the switch directly contact will produce a sharp peak current; recommends the switch have the parallel protection circuits, such as peak current can be resistor or surge in the protection circuit. Use a relay or contactor when it is connect by a load.

The flow velocity can not be too large so as not to damage the flow switch. 

 Avoid impurities liquid excessive clogging flow switch, it is better install a filter.
